Snooters,
Nelly Belle, Princess of Puffs

Nelly Belle is right, our Tucker is a sick boy and no idea what is going on. He did spike a fever today and the WBC are at 34,000 along with a high alkaline phos. level. This started with increased seizure activity (from his normal focal to now having grand mal). Two nites ago he became really lethargic, labored breathing, a weird sounding cough and cold body temp. My boy is never cold and has always been a little furnace.
The doc is really worried and puzzled. Tucker's back pain is not consistent with what the x-ray shows. He actually screamed and snapped at the tech yesterday when they picked him up. Tucker is going to have chest x-rays tomorrow, they are hearing fluid in the lungs today. They have to use anesthesia to relax him enough to take the x-rays (Tucker is a nervous wreck at the vet) and it was too late in the day today. I won't leave him overnight with no one there. I have my strict orders that if he gets any worse tonight he is to go straight to UC Davis, not the ER Clinic. (They have already called to set it up.) Tucker will more than likely be going to UCD anyway tomorrow from what I was told today.
So Momma is needless to say really worried. The not knowing is probably worse than knowing.
