i just switched insurance from VPI to pet's best.......i got tired of  
having hardly anything covered on their wellness plan....pets best is a 
little cheaper to buy, doesn't have age restriction and i dropped the 
wellness.......this is why.....i spent almost $400. for both dogs on 
their last visit between exam, shots etc.  and the wellness rider is 
something like $300 for both dogs......so that is a total of  $700 for 
which i got back $150......not worth it, i decided to pay the $400 out 
of pocket for the bill, and stop wasting my $$.......i dropped the 
wellness, and pets best is still cheaper for the accident and illness 
insurance......for now they have double coverage until the new policy 
kicks in in 2 weeks......nancy, hershey and einstein
