Does anyone else's Bassets get this???  I started noticing it on Gomer  
a couple of years ago.  One day when I rolled him over to give him  
belly rubs, there was a huge nest of hair, dead grass, and who knows  
what else all scrunched up in his belly button.  Ever since then, we  
check it daily after breakfast and/or dinner.  It's a riot, we  
probably could have built dozens of bird nests by now.  Now that we  
have George, he has Belly Button fuzz too.  So now they both get  
checked and love the attention of course.  We've had Bassets for 12+  
years now and these are our first two belly button fuzz collectors-- 
too funny!
