At our house we are on the basset diet. It doesn't work very well but it is guaranteed to increase you grocery bill. I am trying to eat a cracker and there are four pairs of eyes trained on the cracker. If it was bigger I would break it into four pieces to share. Instead I just give them all their own cracker or two. And they don't even like crackers all that much. Only when I have one. I do share things like cheese sticks. Not much left when four pairs of pathetic looking eyes looking at it like they haven't seen food in weeks. And they have just had dinner. They have also just had the cheese stick. They share most things with me and some with the boys. They also send out drop it brainwaves whenever there is something they really want. None of us are getting any skinnier on this diet. Maybe it is time to find a new one. The funny thing is that they don't get in the garbage even when we're gone and they rarely counter surf. Maybe the powers that be are giving us a break after we put up with Sunny for all those years.

These are the best dogs(girls) we have ever had. They don't make messes, don't chew, and love most everybody. I shouldn't say all this because I am afraid they will start doing things. All four are in the room with me just snoring, dozing or looking wistfully into the kitchen.

Have a peaceful and bassety weekend.
