[Dailydrool] Meals on Wheels

Over the holidays I helped to sponsor this program in my town.  Large bins were placed all over town and we collected dog and cat food for the meals on wheels program.  People who are on the Meals on Whels program for themselves can inform the program that they also have pets and they can be set up to receive pet food delivery.  Meals on Wheels had recognized that many people couldn't afford to feed their pets and so these people were giving their pets their meals and the people (mostly seniors) were going without food.  I think it's a wonderful program and I would encourage anyone who is able to find out where you can drop off donations.  The H.O.P.E. Animal Foundation is sponsoring this program.
