[Dailydrool] hot spots?

Hi all,

New to the drool! Have one question, Edgar our 2&1/2 yr, has developed a hot spot under his right front leg! We`ve had 4 other Bassets and never had a problem with this! Been to our Vet twice, 1st antibiotics and Zn7. 2nd antibitics and sulfur powder. 

Is this a good thing for this? Or are they`re better things for this?
