Hello all....thanks for the messages and healing drool for my folks.
Things look a little brighter today hopefully it'll get up in the 40's and melt a lot of that ice...clean up is going to be a long and grueling process I'm afraid. Dad says he could cut wood everyday for the next year and he still doesn't think it'll take care of all the downed trees. And all the fences are down so they'll have to try to come up with something to keep the cattle home. It's rough. Looks like mom and dad picked up a couple of generator's so hopefully that will allow Mom and Grams to come home probably later in the week. The houndies are doing well but they hate to get out....the old ground is still frozen solid and it's like one big ice rink out there. 
Has anyone heard from Marie and Bob-I-said?....they are in Horseshoe Bend about 20 miles from my folks......
Anyway I've been a member of the drool for over 2 years so feel free to email me and I'll try to keep everyone posted. I just hope that getting power restored isn't really 6-8 weeks I'm rooting for 3-4.....thanks again for the prayers and healing drool. I'll pass along all your messages to Mom.
