[Dailydrool] Strange question

I have a male dog that reacts to my girls sometimes when anal glands need expressed and sometimes to yeasty armpits (at least that is my assumption)

I would be more worried about Val's change in behavior and not eating normally.  Something is obviously bothering her.

And neutering your male dog will not necessarily change humping behavior.  I have a 9 year old spayed female beagle and she'll hump anything.
