[Dailydrool] Sweenie (Todd????)

I just read something about licking like that. It seems to me it had something to do with doggie OCD but I am not sure (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). If that is the case then there are more specific drugs you can use to stop the behavior. I don't like using ace that way as it depresses the cardiovascular system. Maybe I can find the article again. (oh yeaaaah.)
