[Dailydrool] Leaving dogs in hot cars

Around here, Charlottesville in central Virginia, local authorities have put up signs in the big shopping center parking lots that say to call the police if you see a dog locked in a car. I'd call them in a flash! 

One benefit of the signs is that you rarely see a dog left in a car in the first place.
