Yes, our  bassets do leave such a wonderful paw impression dont they, after the rain, or................well, more often with Morse (do all bassets do this?) - he pees and then walks straight in it, and walks it all the way up the road.....................I wondered if he did it in the winter to keep his pawsies warm :-)
