[Dailydrool] Rescue Group giving away Sr & Special Needs

I think that is nice as long as the adoptive parents are screened.  
 We all know that seniors and special needs dogs can really rack up the vet & care bills.
Waiving the adoption fees, I would think, should get dogs that wouldn't normally be considered into caring homes for what time they may have left.
