[Dailydrool] HELP! PANIC! 1.00PM EST MEANS 4.00 BST I THINK?....

Hi guys can anyone confirm to me that the time to start reserving for DD 2010 calendar is 4.00pm British Summer Time here, which is the same as 1.00pm EST?
I think so but I am known for being a little, er, whats the word.......dippy? - and I cannot get this one wrong!
