[Dailydrool] Annie's Court Date

For those of you who have been asking after Annie, her court date did not go off as planned.  The Judge heard a few cases and then had to leave, so it has been delayed again.  One of the ladies from the DD message board has posted  that it has been rescheduled for this week, June 17, but I haven't confirmed that.   Below is a posting from the DD message board the day the hearing was supposed to take place (June 3?) :

"Janet [Annie's new mom] had checked with the DA's office yesterday to see if Treadway's case was still going before the judge this morning. She was assured it was, they only had 14 sheets scheduled for Wednesday instead of the 42 sheets on Tuesday's docket. Good. That might mean we would get in and out. We got there early, planted ourselves in the front row. We didn't want to miss a thing. THREE HOURS later...the judge says he has to be back in Johnson City, he can listen to another case or two, but then he's gone.... 

We saw the ACO in charge of Annie's case get up and start towards the back, so we follow suite and meet him in the hallway. He said he had 3 cases scheduled today, with Annie's being the oldest, and he doubted they will be heard.... "
