Lilie will not only talk back, but she moves her lips as though trying to 
speak a language other than dog.  She's obviously very upset that her humans 
are so dense.

My sister has an American Eskimo, Dante, and he mumbles constantly when he's 
upset with them. First he barks and tries to argue, then he retreats and 
mumbles to himself.
