As a *poop expert*, I would advise keeping a close eye on the poop. Johnny
likes to eat mulch and sticks - resulting in blockages - resulting in MAJOR
enemas at the vets - costing MAJOR $$$. Blockages can manifest themselves
as constipation or as diarrhea. So, inspect the poop for any signs of
foreign material, blood, mucous etc. If the poop appears normal, you might
try adding some pumpkin to his food. This is a good natural source of fiber
and dogs love it. All of my dogs get a couple heaping tablespoons of
pumpkin on their food once a day. It does help keep the plumbing in good
working order.
