Try a can of **low sodium** green beans.  These are already cleaned, chopped
and cooked.
 
Frozen ones might work too ... my boys see them as treats when given
frozen.. hell .. what am I saying!?!  ANY food item they see as a treat!

We tried them whole, then tried snapping them in pieces, etc. Charley and
Connor would have none of it! No fresh uncooked beanies for them.
