[Dailydrool] potty training

I'm SSOOOO EXCITED!  After weeks of mopping, scooping, standing out in the cold, snow and rain...in the middle of the night, and early morning...after 5 days with her mostly tethered to my side...Hollyberry (age 18 weeks) went down the steps to the back door and whined to GO OUT!!!!! Of course, once she got outside she ran to the edge of the patio....looked back at me ....and came running back...no potty. So I used my index finger sign language that we are developing...pointing her back to the yard (4 times) and she finally ran back and squated.  There is hope in Mudville, Illinois...oh, that's right, this is Casey, Il.and we are not striking out.  I am so excited that I forgot where I am...
