[Dailydrool] Kelvin/Gus update

Retest for Kelvin and Gus today.

Gus.... T4 was a bit higher than we want it so we are reducing meds a 
tiny bit, he's lost a pound and the next test is in 3 weeks.

Kelvin... This is a whole 'nother ball of wax entirely.
BUN level is still up but 69 this time instead of 106. Creatinine is 
just slightly elevated but I've already forgot the number. This point to 
renal damage of some sort, whether it's CRF or damage from 
environmental/chemical we don't know yet. But he has to be put on a 
lower protein diet, preferably now but I haven't found one that doesn't 
upset his system, time to start looking harder. And he's been put on a 
phoso binder. Vet was a tiny bit surprised when I asked if we needed to 
consider it, he immediately said yes. But it's $30 for a little bottle 
that might last 2 weeks, I have heard of getting this cheaper online 
without a script but I haven't started looking for it yet. If anyone 
knows about it I need a heads up please. His vitamins are going to be 
increased as well.  Retest in 3 weeks.

If this is CRF, we caught it really early. If it's 
chemical/environmental, well..... we don't know what it was.
