[Dailydrool] rescues - need help with spay and neuter contract

We always alter our dogs before adopting even babies so we dont have one.. does another rescue have one? we are sending Fred unaltered because his medical condition prevents him from being altered right now.. but we want a spay and neuter contract in place for transporting him across state lines.
