We had the same thing happen with Santana around the same age.
He had limping, it went away, vet thought he hurt himself and strained a
little.  It came back then she said lets look at his elbows...well bassets
have weird elbows.  someone from the DD said bassets are like little dwarfs
with big bodies and small legs their elbows are weird.  they told me to wait
Santana was too young.  I chose to wait I thought he was too young and still
growing also.  Well he is now 2 and he is fine.  I did start him on
gluc/chond though so that helped a lot!
Give the baby a hug from me!

duplicate in info.
