If I remember correctly, Annie's abusive owner should be getting his day in court anytime soon.

 

Annie is the basset whose skin grew over her harness. Terrible injury. 

 

If anyone knows what happens, I'd be really interested in finding out whether that sad excuse for a human gets what he deserves.
