I took Maggie to me work with me yesterday. She had a great time. I at Site
Supervisor at a Community Residence in which 8 adults over age 45 live which
have a diagnosis of MR. Two residents were home. Our guy with the most
physical limitations was one of them. He lit right up and was calling Maggie
"Mag Mags" and she would go over for a pet and it was like she knew he
couldn't rub her belly or get down that low so she didn't flop for a belly
rub. We were preparing for a May Day Party so whenever the door was left
open she would go outside and when I would go out to get her she would run a
little and stop. She kept me going. She was not happy when I painted and
tied her leash next to me. She drank and drank. She was official floor
clean upper for the food preparation for today. She greeted all of the
residents when they came home and they all loved her. She got her picture
taken in the office in my chair. She drank and drank water from being so
active. Then, when the 2 o'clock shift came on she was snoring on the floor
in the dining room. That was just a short dog nap. Last night she was one
pooped girl. First thing she did when we got home was ask to go into her
back yard to potty. Then, she came in to eat and then took a very snory nap.
Oh, by the way, Maggie is all better from her not feeling well again this
weekend.
Today, May 1st, I love the boys on the daily drool calendar. Tucker and
Barney, we see you are from New York. We live in the state of NY. The
picture is so cute. It is look they both are telling you something, you can
see it in their eyes in the picture. Our Mazzie makes the same face often
as the one on the left of the pic and Maggie sometimes makes the same face
as the one on the right. Too cute. Their ears in the pics look so velvety.
