[Dailydrool] Lost Basset in Rockford, IL

A long-time foster mom for GABR lost one of her own Bassets to the outdoors. Anna lost Phillip in Rockford, IL about 6 hours ago.  Phillip is approximately 8-10 years old and is mostly black and tan with very little white.  Phillip, when last seen, was wearing a blue bandana with his name embroidered on it.  Anna fears someone either left the gate unlatched or he pushed out, however none of her Basset have EVER done this.  Anna is beside herself as we all would be!  Anna has an angelic officer helping her.  
 
If any drooler finds or spots Phillip, please contact me directly so I can let Anna know.
