[Dailydrool] Nature Diet vs Chappie - and food amounts

Hi, have any droolers been feeding their bassets on these brands of food?  I would be interested in your thoughts - Morse has been  on Chappie dog food now for 2 years and it is a low fat food, which we mix with green beans.  He has just under 1 can a day which is 825g, in 2 meals - so just over 400g for each meal, mixed with half a kg of green beans which he has mixed up in these 2 meals.  Then he has 2 pieces of sausage every day for his 7 tablets that he takes (epilepsy) and half a plain Bonio biscuit, with a handful of small Baker's biscuits later.  Now, is this sounding too much?  I cannot find out how many calories are in Chappie but Nature Diet is 110 kcals per 100g.  Morse is weighing in around 80lbs and appears to have plateaued!
