Dear Rupert this is Mr. Cooper, Sir who hate having nails done wif anything.
I now this is a Basset List but I gotta advice for you.
Jerk your foot.
Just as she get close wif clippers or the spinny thing, jerk. Not a lot.
Just a littel. Jerk. Keep it up. It drives them crazee an they give up.
(Cept the groomer, Annette who got a grip like a pit bull.)
