Gotta say I was NOT looking forward to that part either. Thank goodness the
package I bought didn't have any gristle. The thing that gets me squirming
is the raw liver in the blender recipes. Not making those - how would a
person ever enjoy another frozen margarita if it came out of the liver
blender? Yuuuuucckk!!
