Lisa, and all,

We are planning to bring Uncle Frank the Tank to walk in the Holiday Parade, too. It's on the Charlottesville downtown mall next Saturday,  Nov 21 at 10:00 am, as Lisa said. The "mall" is actually old historic Main Street that is closed off to traffic, and lined with shops and restaurants - a great place to stroll along, any time of year.
