[Dailydrool] Feeding times for dogs on daylight savings time

Mine are up at 4:30 and want to eat.
I refuse to feed them that early, so they get to go out and pee and get a
treat and go back to bed until at least 5 in the morning. Of course by the
time they go out and pee and come in and get a treat it's 5 anyway.....
