[Dailydrool] How to for Dried Sweet Potato treats?

I know I've seen instructions on here previously for making your own dried sweet potato treats, like the Sam's Yams.   Thought I'd save it.  Can anyone help?

Our local Winco & Walmart have Yams on sale for 25 cents a pound, so it seemed like a good time to try drying some.
