I can hardly believe it !  Poor Conrad!  Poor you!  After what you and Carl have gone through and are continuing with Daisy's glaucoma, this is over the TOP!  I don't know anything about dogs' ruptured discs, so I can't offer any helpful suggestions, but I am sending lots and lots of hopeful thoughts your way.
