[Dailydrool] Rabbit Pellets

Does anyone have dogs that eat rabbit pellets? This little dog puts everything in his puppy mouth. He eats sidewalk cuisine like snails and earth worms and even puts rocks in his mouth. I once got the pelllets out of his mouth before he swallowed them. I even shovel up the pellets when i see them. Can they hurt him or is just a case of making mama puke?
