[Dailydrool] arnicia and slippery elm?

I am very interested in having this on hand  for  my girls, but how much do 
 you use?  Thanks so  much
the slippery elm, will that soothes the tummy, to  help with vomiting as 
well as diarrhea?  thanks  again
