Two good drugs for separation anxiety are clomipramine (Clomicalm or Anafranil) and fluoxetine (Reconcile or Prozac).  Visit your friendly veterinarian for an exam, blood work and a discussion on medicating for SA.  Doggie Day care a few days a week might be a good idea while the medications are taking effect.  Can take 3-5 weeks to see effects of medications.  A "Bagel" at my clinic went through 7 homes in 3 weeks bc of SA.  Once he started clomipramine he is in his final forever home.  Good luck
