Your neighbor and his boat horn are just one more reason I want to move to a farm ASAP.  I can't believe that people put up with that but I guess they just hope that he will sell his home soon.  I'm not a fan of living on top of people and them being able to hear everything that's going on in my house.  I'm in need of wide open spaces where my herd of bassets can run free and eat rabbit poo uninteruppted by nosy neighbors.
