[Dailydrool] pumpkin

First...Drool to all who need it. 

I've been feeding the girls pumpkin (can) with their food.
Now I can't find any in town.  ( been to every store)
So, I'm wondering if a take a real pumpkin (lots in the stores) do I bake it first for how long what temp?
