[Dailydrool] Emma's story

I just do not understand why a shelter would not allow adoptions and would not allow rescues to pull, except in rare cases.? It almost sounds as if their goal is to kill as many dogs as possible.? I've never heard of such a thing, and wish I never had...



Rose, Annie and Fred (my babies who, thank GOD, were rescued!)
