[Dailydrool] Drool for Charles

I've had several dogs with heart problems and congestive heart failure, so
when I read about a dog with heart problems,  I like to tell the owners
about Co-Enzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10), it will work wonders for a dog with heart
problems (also people with heart problems).  It doesn't fix the heart
problems or make them go away - what it does is help the heart pump
stronger, which improves the dog's energy level and makes them feel much
better.  Cardiologists have people with heart problems take it, it's very
safe and does not interfere with any meds.  My Vet has always been fine with
me giving it to my dogs.  You can buy it at any pharmacy or Wal-Mart or
Target or grocery store, in the supplement aisle.  I gave it to my dogs
twice a day so as to keep it in the blood stream at all times - if I'd
forget to give to them one day, the next day you could tell, they'd be
lethargic and act like they didn't feel good.  This is the same thing that
Debbie Winchester is giving Elder Clara, you can contact Debbie for her
opinion, too.  I really would try it, it will not hurt Charles, and it can
make a big difference in quality of life.  Hope this is helpful.

All your drool worked - just came from the vet where we saw lovely pictures
of Charles' enlarged heart.  The vet was surprised he is only panting and
not coughing, still, she is calling this Congestive Heart Disease, not
Failure, as he seems to be functioning well.  Heart meds and a mild diuretic
should keep him comfortable.  We will see how he feels after a few days of
meds and I will report back.
