Yes, it is I and my new brudder Truman who have been telegraphing OEBE messages to Rolph.  I have a true amigo and assistant now: Truman, our new foster (right) basset. 
 
I have had one of those cysts for over a year. The vet took a needle biopsy and said it is just a cyst and to leave it there.  If it is in a spot where it is likely to get bumped, it might be better to be removed, but mine is right in the middle of me back.
