[Dailydrool] Closest to the Ground Winner

In response to " PAWTUNIA (I had 5 kids and only took second in  closest to 
the ground?!?)", this years winner to "Closest to the Ground" happens  to 
be Miss Vivian Kay Galinkin-Sagen /Sagen -Galinkin.  She had absolutely  no 
clearance therefore a measurement could not be made...her belly actually hits 
 the ground and she only had ONE LITTER consisting of 4 kids...LOL!!!    
She received a beautiful medal that is inscribed " Boardwaddle 2010  
Fey-Fey/Cakie Memorial Closest to the Ground"  We (Vivian ) is quite  honored to 
carry on the title with such formidable predecessors both so dearly  loved.  She 
also won a 20 pound box of mini dog treats which will probably  last a 
least a year...
