I have some questions about all the drool about the arthritis supplements....My bassets are 6.  I've had them on "Joint Health" by Springtime for at least 2 years.  Joint Health contains Glucosamine, MSM, and Chondroitin and Vitamin C.  Its recommended that dogs the size of Bassets require 2 tabs daily.  My furkids are active, at times they are stiff getting up to go out at night, (after a busy day), vetperson says there is some arthritis already and my girl has structural issues.  My question to those of you who give anything for joint issues is...do you think what I am doing is reasonable or should I be giving something else instead.  I value everyone's opinion on the drool.  I have really learned alot by mostly lurking, although I do comment now and then.  I would love to hear drooler's ideas.
