i WAS ON PHONE TO A TELUS REP ONE DAY AND MISS BECKY WAS BARKING AT THE 
PEOPLE ON THE OVERPASS OUTSIDE MY WINDOW.
I SAID 'MUFFIN KEEP QUIET'.    TELUS REP SAID 'THAT DOES NOT SOUND LIKE a 
muffin to me!!!!!!!!!!
