[Dailydrool] Puppy Toss

WBBM news this morning reported and incident of a puppy (NOT A BASSET) being
thrown from a car window into traffic.
The puppy is now at an Animal Hosp up north (Elmhurst, IL)
This is not the first puppy toss that I have known of-- we had some when I
was working at the clinic.
It is only Basset related in that it can happen to any puppy no longer
wanted and besides Conley and Nigel are now looking for some angry Pit Bulls
to track these people down....
