[Dailydrool] Happy Gotcha Day Abby!

I had the pleasure of helping Suncoast Basset Rescue with a transport
yesterday of a sweet, petite little girl named Abby.  Abby is mostly black
and white, with a lot of ticking and the brown on her eyebrows and ears.
She is just adorable at about 35 lbs. Abby stayed  overnight with us,  the
Bounders were not overly excited, but were gracious to her.  This sweet
little girl did not stop till we went to bed last night, and then she slept
under the covers between us, and with a few Beagles!  I told Pat this
morning,  lets just call SBR and say she ran away, then we will keep her!
I got a look like, do you have three heads?  LOL,  anyhow, while I loved
having her here,  the seniors are my cup of tea, so off we went this morning
and finalized her adoption with Lance, Kim and her new brother, Gavin.
Kim and Lance are new to the DD,  so I hope they will keep us updated on
Abby getting settled in....they have never had a Basset before, but I have
said every thing I could think of to prepare them, and I think they are up
for the pleasures of counter cruising and general Basset sports.
