[Dailydrool] gluclosamine

I'm wondering if there is a mg to weight ratio for Gluclosamine?  I know that there is for Benedryl...but not sure about Gluclosamine.  I want to start my girls on this.  Ruby has a crooked front leg and limps pretty good when she gets up from a laying position.  And Pheebe has been limping in the hind leg area every now.
