I just want to tell you that I love
bassets but there are some things you should know.
They are not for people insisting on strict obedience; selective hearing when after a rabbit
flat basset etc) Battle of wills and they usually win;
Or people who are fastidious house keepers;  (no problem here);No   Lovers of classic beauty -(
I think they're best);  
They are so loyal and know when you're sick or down. They love walks but are at times
hard to potty train.Miss Becky took to age 2 (yes 2)
