[Dailydrool] Snow-blasted US

We have just seen that forecasters are predicting up to 30 ins of snow in the Washington region with blizzard warnings are also in effect in much of Delaware and New Jersey, and snow emergencies in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
