Dame Penny & Miss Polly woofin'in from across the waves in a white  
South of France.

Yup, Auntie Essie, them coats are very warm (fleece or wool, or  
something lined) and the outside is waterproof.  They are hand made in  
the UK by Cosycoats.  Miss Polly's coat was made for her but mine  
(Dame Penny) is a hand down from La Pw Misty atb <sigh>.  It would  
probably cost a fortune to have them sent to the US and they take over  
6 weeks to be made.  I'm sure that there's a rescue over there that do  
coats.  If you really really do want one like us, just email da mum  
for more info.  The lady is not on the internet so we can't give you a  
link.  Da mum discovered her in Crufts many many moons ago.
