[Dailydrool] bleeding basset ears

Due to my grandmother's ill health and passing the Basset grooming has been neglected.We usually do their ears once a week.We were cleaning our black Basset Gus's ears. They were very dirty and would bleed. Is this yeast infection?We have two other Bassets and not really ever had an ear issue.Gus's ears are quite hairy also. thanks for any advice can't get into vet till tomorrow.
