[Dailydrool] harness for gus

are there any drawbacks to a harness as opposed to a leash?  i feel  
terrible when he tries to bolt when another dog approaches us, (only to lick and  
kiss the dog when we meet), and i'm thinking a harness would be less stress 
on  him.  any thoughts?
we are sending drool to all those houndies and slaves who need it  
tonight........
